Managing Your Subscription

Where your plan and billing live, and how to change your card, get receipts, or cancel.

Everything about your plan lives in one place. Open Settings and find the Subscription section.

What Settings shows you

The Subscription section shows your plan price and what makes it up. Depending on your account, you may see a few line items:

  • Base Subscription. Your plan.

  • Custom Domain. Only shows if you have a custom domain connected.

  • Custom Phone Number. $6.00/month, and only shows if you have a phone number for texting.

So the price you see is your plan plus anything extra you have turned on. If a line item is not there, you are not paying for it.

Changing your card, getting receipts, or cancelling

These three all happen in the same place: Stripe's billing portal. Stripe handles the payment side of ForeverFan, so it is where your card, your receipts, and your cancel button live.

To get there, click Cancel your subscription in the Subscription section. It opens the Stripe portal with your email already filled in. Once you are in, you can:

  • Update the card on file.

  • Download past receipts and invoices.

  • Cancel your plan.

The button is labeled for cancelling, but the portal it opens is where you do all of your billing housekeeping, not just cancelling.

ForeverFan never sees or stores your card details. All of that is handled by Stripe.

Ending your trial early to upgrade

New accounts start on a 14-day trial with the paid features unlocked. If you are ready before the 14 days are up, you do not have to wait. Look for End trial early in the sidebar to start your plan right away. If you are on the free tier instead, the sidebar shows Upgrade to Pro.

A note on credits

Your plan covers your email and SMS sends through credits. If you ever run low and need more of either, that is a quick email to hello@foreverfanmusic.com. More on how that works:

Changing your artist details or domain

Settings is also where you request changes to your artist name, artist URL, streaming connections, or a custom domain. Those go through our team rather than a self-serve edit:
