# FAQ
Quick answers to the things artists run into most, with links to the full details.

## I changed my link's URL and the old one stopped working
That is expected, and it is permanent. When you change a link's URL, every copy of the old URL you have already shared breaks right away: old posts, old bios, printed QR codes, all of it. Your stats survive the change, so you do not lose any of your history. But treat a URL change as final, because there is no way to un-break the old copies.

## Fans replied to my email but I never saw it
Set a reply-to address you actually check. Without a custom reply-to, fan replies do not land anywhere you can read them. Set one when you build your email, and replies come straight to your inbox.

## A fan says they texted STOP by accident
They are fine. Texting STOP only opts them out of your texts. They stay in your audience, and you keep their email and everything else. If they want back in, they can opt back into texts by giving their phone number again through any of your links.

## My release only saved for some of my fans
Spotify expires a fan's presave permission 6 months after they tap, so fans who connected longer ago than that cannot be saved automatically any more. It is Spotify's change and it affects every presave platform. Nothing is broken on your link and nothing is lost: those fans are still in your audience, and you can still email or text them on release day. The fix is to get fans tapping your presave link again before a release, which resets their 6 months.

## My presave didn't follow my profile on Spotify
To auto-follow on a presave, you need a real Spotify artist profile connected to your account. If no artist profile is linked, there is nothing for the presave to follow. Check your Connections in Settings and make sure your Spotify artist profile is linked.

## I don't have a Spotify or Apple profile yet
No problem. Those fields are optional when you set up your account. Once your real profiles exist, contact support and we will connect them for you.

## Where do I see who voted or RSVPed
In the link's analytics. On a poll, each result has a **See Votes** link, and on a tour link your top events have a **See RSVPs** link. Each one drops you into your audience, filtered to exactly those fans, so you can message them.

## I deleted a link by accident
For your fans, that page is gone for good, and there is no undo. The good news is your stats stay put: the link's analytics remain in your dashboard even after it is deleted. So you keep the numbers, but you cannot bring the live page back.
