# Exporting Fans

You can pull your fans out of ForeverFan as a CSV whenever you need them, for an ad platform, a backup, or another tool.

From your audience, click **Download**. It saves a CSV of whatever fans you are currently looking at, with three columns: **name**, **email**, and **phone**. The file is named with the day you downloaded it, like `fans_07-12-2026.csv`.

The download respects your filters. If you have narrowed the table down first, you get only those fans. So you can filter to fans in one city, or fans who opened your last email, then download exactly that group. See [Filters and the map](/your-audience/filters-and-the-map.md) for building a group.
